WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM THE BLISS TRAINING?
bliss is a completely new training concept. We combine breathing with movement and accompany this with music and visualization. We'll take you on a whole new kind of eventful adventure that will lead you to yourself and celebrate life full of fun.
You can expect dance elements that improve your stamina and coordination, stretching that gives you more flexibility and active meditation that strengthens both your muscles and your mindset.
A bliss hour is divided into four parts, each about 15 minutes. We travel all four seasons, all of which focus on different needs that depend on our natural cycle.
